Work closely with the project management team and ensure proper execution of the job
within the specified scope.

Responsible for co-ordination and completion of the project as per schedule

Responsible for planning the project in order to accomplish its goals within constraints
such as Time, cost and agreed quality standards

Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client

Responsible for the project’s commitment to quality standards

Develop and implement risk control measures that have been identified as part of the
risk assessment process

Responsible for coordinating and delivering proposals

Managing , supporting proposal development processes, including planning, organizing,


strategy development and scheduling

Work with the Business Unit Manager and Account Manager to prepare a proposal plan
that meets the objectives of the proposal budget and timeline.

Distribute inquiry documents to others involved in the proposal and estimate preparation
as required.

Dial with other departments (Engineering, Estimating, Contract Administration,


Construction, etc.) as required to prepare the proposal.

Prepare initial assessment of the technical, financial, schedule or any other unusual
risks associated with a proposal.

Clearly define the Scope of Work and Services offered to the Customer and identify any
clarifications or exceptions to the Customer’s inquiry.

Monitor / drive the execution of the Contractor construction schedule and measure

Manage the Site-Team of multidiscipline Superintendents and Supervisors in various


trades.

Ensure staffs are effectively implementing the Project's specifications/procedures and


that Contractors are in compliance so as to ensure quality/schedule/cost of construction
activities

Manage and coordinate the construction works ensuring the adequate information
exchange and resolving queries and critical situations.

Definition of the completion targets/systems in order to perform the pre-commissioning


activities in the required sequence;

Assistance of the commissioning and start-up activities.

JOB TITLE: PROJECT COORDINATOR / PROJECT MANAGER DEPUTY

Under the direction of the Project Manager, I worked with the Project Delivery Team to
ensure projects are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Coordinate with the client management team “WORLEY PARSONS” all the
disciplines: civil, structure, piping, mechanical and E&I and liaise with sub-contractors.

Prepare all the work packs cost estimation CTR’s and conduct all the discussion and
approval with client

Manage of all the 28 days shutdown work (2 shifts – 600 workers)

Responsibilities include: overseeing all aspects of projects, setting


deadlines, monitoring and summarizing progress of projects, preparing reports for upper
management regarding status of projects, ensuring contract

deliverables conform to specifications, attending meetings and recording minutes.
