As an educator and coach, I have an opportunity to help teach positive life lessons both in the
classroom and on the field. My goal is to help be a resource for youth in the process of
developing lifelong learners and cultivate an inherent passion for learning.

 Collaborate with high school students to help develop athletically and as individuals
preparing for post-high school careers
 Create practice plans that challenge student-athletes physically and promote “lacrosse
IQ” development
 Promote a positive team culture that values inclusion, self-discipline, and competition
 Manage in-game decisions, film analysis, record keeping, and player development
 Communicate with staff members year-round to cover events and summer clinics
