    SUBJECT : NOTICE OF MEETING: ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CLUSTER


    (EDC) MEETING NO. 01–S2020

    DATE : 10 January 2020

    1. Please be advised that the EDC will meet on 30 January 2020 (Thursday), 2:00 PM to
    6:30 PM at the DOF Conference Room, Podium Floor, Department of Finance, Roxas
    Boulevard, Malate Manila.

    2. The Chair respectfully requests that the agencies be represented by their respective
    Secretaries.

    3. Your staff may wish to confirm your attendance with the EDC Secretariat at telephone nos.
    631-3739 and 631-2193 or at e-mail addresses [email protected],
    [email protected] and [email protected]. All vehicles should enter through
    DOF gate (DOF side facing Roxas Blvd.).

    4. Cut-off time for the submission of presentations is on 28 January 2020 (Tuesday), 3:00
    PM. Otherwise, presenting agencies are requested to reproduce forty-five (45) copies of
    their presentations.
