1. INTRODUCTION

Marketing SD .sas. My project is to generate a very high status in terms of


the marketing and promotion system in the different distribution
channels.
Therefore, this project seeks to promote good purchasing habits at the
point of sale through good training of promoters and merchants in terms
of the products we sell, as they are novel and innovative products in the
market and with a high degree of acceptance by the consumer will be able
to become the different brands most used by Colombian households and
for daily use at home as well as consumer brands since our clients have a
brand in the different retail categories, achieving a good buying culture in
the retail channel and largely replacing online shopping.

2. PRODUCT OR SERVICE IDENTIFICATION

The services that our company SD MERCADEO provides to our different


clients can be identified as consumer products, since they are intended for
household consumption and to satisfy primary needs.
The project is aimed at customers who need to generate rotation of their
products at the point of sale, thus achieving an effective synergy between
promoters and end customers, this project aims to achieve growth with
the quality of service and customer service from our staff in sales and an
improvement in the display of the different products of our direct clients
and thus seeking the perfection of the service is an institutional principle
of our company Mercadeo SD sas.
3. OBJECTIVE

3.1 General

Establish in Mercadeo SD sas a monitoring plan of the life cycle of the


services provided by the company, starting with the program of promoters
and marketers who have just entered the company, to have the necessary
information and thus develop action plans to face the contingencies of
each cycle, using specific tools for research and thus being able to develop
said plan.

3.2. Specific

• Establish various marketing, financial, production, procurement and


personnel strategies throughout the different stages of the life cycle of
Mercadeo SD sas's service.
• Allocate an item from the annual budget for the development of
permanent monitoring activities
• Make a technical sheet of each product offered by Mercadeo SD sas, to
be able to do the respective follow-up
• Stipulate evaluation instruments in each phase of the SD Marketing
service life cycle, such as surveys and checklists.
4. DEFINITION ANALYSIS OF THE STRATEGIC PLATFORM.

The main objective of the strategic direction is to establish or review the


guidelines or fundamental principles of our company, which constitutes
the Strategic Platform of the same. In them the fundamental aspects of
the company's strategy are reflected.
