the GTAI ( German Trade & Invest) portal on behalf of the undersigned for
participation of the EPC contractor to express interest through e -tendering for
“Engineering, Procurement & Construction of Turnkey PV Solar Power Plant
under 125 MW Solar Park Project including comprehensive 3 (three) years
Operation & Maintenance of the plant located in Mouzas Dadanpatrabar, Mania
& Dakshin Purusottampur under Block: Ramnagar-II, Dist.: Purba Medinipur,
West Bengal.' EOI shall be submitted online through GTAI portal. Last date of
submission is 30th June 2020. Bid details follows:

7 Project Measures and requested WBSEDCL is developing a PV Solar Power Plant with a
Consultant Services capacity of 125 MW in West Bengal,India. Funds from
German Bilateral Finance Cooperation and matching
equity of the Govt. Of W.B are earmarked for the Solar
Park Project.., WBSEDCL hereby invites qualified
Engineering. Procurement and Construction(EPC)
Contractors to express their Interest in Engineering.
Procurement and Construction of the turnkey PV Solar
Power Plant.The measure also includes the operation and
maintenance of the PV Solar Power Plant for a period of
three years.
The Contractors needs to be adequately qualified for this
8. Team Profile construction assignment. As a general requirement.The
EPC Conttractor shall have adequate professional
knowledge and long term experience in constructing similar
solar PV power plants in the past. A team comprising of
various experts with relevant expertise shall provide the
EPC services.. Additionally efficient management and back
stopping services shall be made available. Only those EPC-
Contractors are eligible who can demonstrate long term
experience in construction works in earthquake-endangered
regions and / or at sites with extreme climate and weather
conditions(e.g hurricane prone areas,shorelines,flood-prone
areas deserts) .The EPC Contracor) must hold at least the
following certifications(or internationally recognised
equivalents). i) Quality Management Certificate ISO 9001.
(ii) Environmental Management Certificate
(ISO)14001:2014 (iii) Health and Safety Certificate

10 Contract The Contract will follow KfW's specimen contract. The
selection of experienced Contractors is subject to the
regulations contained in the 'Guidelines for the Procurement
of Consulting Services Works, Plant, Goods and Non
Consulting Services in Financial Cooperation with Partner
Countries' available at www.kfw-entwicklungsbank.de
