Goodafternoon Ladies and Gentleman, it is my pleasure to be one of your moderator for
this seminar. So please sit back, relax, and fire up as we start our journey, BiyahEEng
Karunungam. So our stomachs are already nourished by our sumptuous lunch, now it’s
time to nourish our minds.

Welcome, everyone! Thank you for joining us for today’s webinar. Even though, we’re
under the stress of this Covid-19. We are able to come up into an event like this. Let us
feed our brains with knowledge and wisdom, as we go through the series of seminar.

Hello partner, we’re now entering into big weekends, kasi every weekend for the Month
of November. May baon ang bawat region, at tiyak may babaonin ang bawat isa sa atin
na bagong kaalaman na magagamit natin sa hinaharap. Tama ba Future Civil
Engineers? Joke lang po, Electrical Engineers.

Baynosa, a 3rd year student of Mariano Marcos State Universiy from Region 1 Northern Luzon,
part of Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineer Regional Council of Student Chapter-

of Integrated Electrical Engineers – Northern Luzon, Regional Treasurer. Ilocos Norte is
my location, Philippines is my Nation. Kaya sabay sabay na tayong byumahe tungong
karunongan. Kaya naman sakay na sa aming Elekrtikal Jeepney at makita ang wind
farm, solar power plant, hydropower plant, pati na rin ang aming mga plantito at
plantita. To start with, please feel the presence of our Almighty God for the invocation,

So as we officially start the program, may I call on Mr. Haggai Canceran, Institute of
Integrated Electrical Engineers – Northern Luzon, Regional Chairman for his welcome
remarks.

It is now my pleasure to introduce our guest speaker. He is a Professional Engineer, an
ASEAN Engineer, ASEAN Charted Professional Engineer, and has a Masters in
Business Administration. He specialized in Project Management, Engineering,
Construction, and Consultation. He has more than 22 years of experience in the field of
Project Mangement, FEED, Detailed Design and EPC especially, in ARAMCO Gulf
Operation, Kuwait Gulf Operation Company, and Saudi Arabian Oil Company projects.
He was also awarded as the 2006 and 2007 District Coordinator, awarded by IIEE-
ERSCA, Saudi Arabia.
