    We are on the hunt for a Value Orchestrator / Strategy Consultant to join our collaborative team to work on exciting and
    meaningful projects with clients.

    What will I be doing?

    Design, refinement and incubation of Value Realisation Framework (Value Driver Tree, Canvas, Value Model) across the
    initiatives and on a portfolio level
    Triages & quantitatively analyse of newly raised Ideas & Initiatives for their funding potential
    Objective and systematic prioritisation of Ideas, and Initiatives as well as sign off on Opportunity Canvas (Value/business
    case) prior to Investment Board
    Design of mechanism that helps tracking of benefits being realised from initiatives back into business and summarise the
    payback on a portfolio level
    Research, analysis, structuring, and advisory across the Portfolio of Themes, and Initiatives
    Qualitative, and quantitative assessment of cost and impact/return on Initiatives, Impediments and Constraints
    Definition, refinement and incubation of Work Flow (OKR, Kanban, Spotify)
    Development of Business Canvases

    Leading / Lagging Indicators), Prioritisation Framework)
    Financial Modelling & Business Case Development
    Corporate Finance & Strategic Planning
    Microsoft Suite Proficiency (especially deep expertise in Microsoft Excel)
    Past experience in scaled agile delivery or similar as a squad member
    Scrum master experience beneficial
    Senior stakeholder management
    Understanding of typical blockers/inhibitors to innovation and new ways or working
    Agile Frameworks & Lean Startup (e.g. Tools)Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
    Structured, analytical and logical thinking
