Sayaw sa bangko– perform on top of a narrow bench. Dancers need to balance when performing a series
of movements, including impressive acrobatics.
Cariñosa – is a dance make flirting movements, hiding behind fans and handkerchief, looking into each
other. The essence of dance is courtship between two lovers.
3) If I were to create a dance the title would be “Magical Dance”. A dance that has beautiful magic. A
dance that the girl dancing in the air, a boy breathing fire while dancing, a man who got slice by his
halves body but his feet are still dancing or a girl dancing to avoid the throwing knife at her. Of course
it’s a magic trick not real magic.
4) Dance is important to physical education is because for maintaining fitness, improving muscle strength,
endurance and athletic performance, improved aerobics exercise, improve muscle tension and strength,
weight management, bone strengthening and reduced risk of osteoporosis. Not only had that it also had
spiritual benefits. Improved balance and awareness, self-awareness, self-confidence, mental function,
self-esteem, and social skills. Reduces weight management and stress reduction.
