The teachers should ensure that all the exams question cut across the prepared curriculum of the
school and to include practical (if any) or necessary.
Note: - the teacher must make sure that they have the list of those
pupils/students boarding bus in their class, in order to keep orderliness in
the school compound and reduces the rate of missing items.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF DUTY PERSONS
He / She must:
1. Be in the school compound by 7:15 am and close 2:00 pm throughout his / her duty
week.
2. Lead the assembly while the other teachers assist in arranging the pupils
3. Submit his / her duty report to the HM before leaving the school compound.
4. Plan what he / she are to present on the assembly ground and submit it to the HM for
correction.
5. Inspect the pupils finger nails uniform, teeth and socks on the assembly ground.
6. Check all the classes and toilets to be sure of their cleanliness.
7. Prepare a weekly moral talk which is to be proof red by the management or the committee
concern and present it to the students on the stipulated days during the week.
Submit names of absentees of all classes to the HM for consultation

9:40 – 10:20am CHILDREN ARE TAUGHT ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
10:20 - 10:40 am BREAK. CHILDREN ARE SEATED AT THE TABLE FOR THEIR
MEAL: THEY ARE ASSISTED IN WASHING THEIR HAND BEFOR
AND AFTER EATING.
10:40 - 11:20 am RESTING TIME. CHILDREN ARE ENCOURAGED TO PUT THEIR
HEADS ON THEIR DESK AND REST
11:20-11:15 am Children go to toilet and wash hand after using the toilet
11:15-11:45 am Children engage in CREATIVE ARTS ACTIVITIES, STORY TELLING
DANCING, DRAMA, MODELING, TV VIEWING, COLOURING AND
DRAWING ( one activity daily)
11:45-12:15pm Children are thought SOCIAL NORMS, HADEETH, ARABIC, AND
QUR’ANIC RECITATION
12:15-12:30pm Children are given assignment and getting ready for ablution
12:30-12:45pm Children are directed by the teachers for the performance of ablution
12:45-1:00pm Children resting while the teachers are to make sure their ITEMS are intact
