Duties:
Investigate and clarify the facts of a case.
Write reports and recommendations to help lawyers prepare for trials.
Draft correspondence and legal documents, such as contracts and mortgages.
Get affidavits and other formal statements that may be used as evidence in court.
Help lawyers during trials by handling exhibits, taking notes, or reviewing trial
transcripts.
File exhibits, briefs, appeals and other legal documents with the court or opposing
counsel.
Call clients, witnesses, lawyers, and outside vendors to schedule interviews, meetings,
and depositions.
Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles.
Gather and arrange evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case
preparation.
Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing systems.
Help lawyers during trials by handling exhibits, taking notes, or reviewing trial
transcripts.
Education:
Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Law or
Legal Management/ Political Science.
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4yrs. Experience Employee in the field of Law/Legal Services or its
equivalent.
Experience: Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a law firm or other office
setting and have a technical understanding of a specific legal specialty.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with the preparation, filing and service of pleadings.
Organizing and managing documents, including the creation of spreadsheets and retrieval
systems.
Coordinating the collection, review and production of documents and responding to
discovery requests.
Assisting with trial preparation including the assembly of exhibits, witness binders and
appendices for depositions and court filings.
Acting as liaison among all parties including court or other neutrals for scheduling and
sharing information.

Educational Qualifications:
Earn a bachelor’s degree with a major in the subject you wish to teach while completing
your school’s teacher preparation program.
Complete a student teaching internship in the subject(s) you wish to teach.
Take the teaching and subject-area tests for teacher licensure required in your state.
Apply for your teaching license.
Teacher must be Conscientious that can extremely organized and efficient, and they
provide their students with quality lessons or activities daily.
Needed to have an empathy allows a person to relate to another individual even though
she may not share similar life experiences or problems.
Ability to work through problems or situations on your own without requiring assistance
from others.
The ability to be accountable for your actions and to carry out tasks that have been
assigned in a timely manner.
Need to have adaptability characteristic that can quickly able to make adjustments that
minimize distractions when things do not go according to plan.
Teachers with determination are needed to figure out a way to get their job done.
Person that able to use their creativeness to build a classroom that is inviting to
students, create lessons that are engaging, and incorporate strategies to individualize
lessons for every student.
The willingness to comply with a request without questioning why it needs to be done.
