LOADING TRANSPORT
1. Using screen ram control valve lever 3 (Fg. 6) Raise the screenbox to relieve
pressure on the pin holding the screenbox.Remove the pin and raise the screen to
the maintenance hole. Do not raise this further as the machine may be damaged.
Replace the pin and lower the screen allowing the pin take the screen weight. (see
Fig. 7).
2. Retract the landing legs using landing leg control valve see item 2 fig. 9.

FOLD MACHINE TO MINIMUM LENGTH
POSITION 1
When the machine leaves the factory it will be in position 1.
When raising the machine from the lowest transport position while the tail conveyor is
folded to position 1 the machine cannot be damaged when raising the screenbox to its
max height.
POSITION 2
Position 2 will is used to fold the machine into the smallest possible volume
To fold the conveyor to position 2 locate the hydraulic control at the rear left of the
machine. Loose the travel stay. Use left most handle to fold the conveyor.
