    Returning your order is free. Here’s how:

    1. Go to ‘My Orders & Returns’ in your Farfetch account OUR RETURNS POLICY
    You have 14 days from your delivery date to return an item for a refund. We recommend that your
    return is sent back within 7 days of receipt to ensure the parcel arrives at the original
    location in time.

    Items should be returned unworn and undamaged with all tags attached and the original
    packaging included.

    Please ensure that beauty, hosiery and lingerie items are returned unused, and in unopened
    packaging where applicable. Footwear and accessories must be returned in their branded boxes
    and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
    2. Select return ‘By courier’ and the item(s) for return

    Our Click & Collect service gives you the flexibility to easily collect and return your online orders.
    Simply select the ‘In-store’ option at Step 2 to return your purchase to a participating Farfetch
