interested in Approach T uses the poster 4 to revise vocabulary. T introduces picnic. S-S
the topic Illustration T asks: Who can you cee in the poster? /How many food items can you name?/

target based T gives each student the handout and explains the task. T points to the smiley sheet, S-S-S
language method and the sad face. T explains that ss are going to listen to the sentences and Unit 7
complete the face accordingly.

approach T gives each student a Video worksheet to complete after they have watched the worksheet 4 S-S-S
episode. T tells ss that pictures show Ted and Lucy and some of their favourite pencil
foods.T asks ss to name the food on Ted’s plate (chicken), Then, T asks them to
name the foods at the bottom of the picture. Finally, T asks ss to draw two items
Ted likes and three items Lucy likes.
