The Science and Mathematics Consortium in Monlimar Development Academy, Inc. under Senior High
School Department will be conducting their annual program in line with the celebration of National Science and
Mathematics Month 2019.
This year’s theme “Science for the People: Enabling Technologies for Sustainable Development.”
In accordance to the memorandum under Department of Education and in line with the celebration of
National Science Technology Week. All education institutions are obliged to celebrate annually the development of
our society brought by emerging progress in scientific studies and discovery.
As an institution, we should promote societal development and able to foster to our student how
modernization affects our everyday living and to make them realize and visualize the importance of technological
advancement not only in the present time but also in the next generation.
So, In line with this we would like to celebrate the prosperity by conducting several programs, that for sure
will help the students to appreciate what this celebration has to offer not only to experience fun games and activities
but also self-realization, encourage and inspire our student to love and appreciate Science and Mathematics.

Guidelines and other particulars regarding on the different activities and programs are attached on the
second page of the proposal.
1. Every department/strand in Senior High School must choose and select 20 students as their
representative from grade 11 to grade 12 on this competition.
2. Representative must register their information as inputs (Registration form are attached
together on this document).
3. During the competition contestant are required to wear their departmental shirts (for those
who still do not have their departmental shirts yet, they should wear white shirt.)
4. All contestant must have 88 and above grades in Mathematics and Science subject.
5. The format of quiz bee is multiple choice type, so contestants are free to choose the best letter
that corresponds the correct answer.
6. The competition has three different categories; Easy Level, Moderate Level and Difficult Level
7. Selected Teachers are required to monitor the contestant during the competition.
8. Contestant should be aware on the signal raised by the host, after the signal contestants are
not allowed to transfer to other group.
9. In case of not following the rules and regulations contestant will be disqualified automatically.
10. The contestants are expected to be in the venue 30 minutes before the actual time of the
competition for short briefing and preparation.
1. Every section in grade 11 and grade 12 in Senior High School must choose and select 2
students as their representative for this competition.
2. Representative must register their information as inputs (Registration form are attached
together on this document).

from grade 11 to grade 12 on this competition.
2. Every department should provide the following material (1 whole plywood, Acrylic Paints,
Brushes and any materials you preferred to use during the competition.)
3. Assembly time for the competition is 7:00 am in the morning that is the time for the
preparation so all the materials and necessary things are all set at that moment.
4. The official time of the competition is exactly 8:00 am until 7:00 pm, fail to start within the
given time will automatically deducted 5 points to their final/total score.
5. The group should consist of 5 official artists and 5 assistants, these makes the 10 official
representatives of each strands.
6. You are allowed to wear casual t-shirts, but make sure the color of your shirt has specific
touches of color that represent the color of your strand.
7. The area of the competition has a particular location and it has borderline. 5 artists are not
allowed to go beyond the borderline so the assistant are responsible for whatever needed of
the artist during the competition. (just like food, drinks so on so forth) (Take Note: Artist are
only allowed to go beyond borders, if they are planning to go to the comfort room)
8. Every strands should submit their RAW sketch of their output before on the actual date of the
competition.
9. Submission of the RAW Sketch will be on October 16, 2018, Monday 3:00 pm (Sketch must
be drawn on Oslo paper)
10. The decision of the judges is FINAL and IRREVOCABLE!
