    I am Flosie Marie Alias Cruz of Itogon Benguet,married to Mr. Raul Cornelio Cruz on Dalicno,Ampucao,
    Itogon, Benguet,and we are blessed with two sons.Iearned my degree from a prestigious school, Pines
    City Educational Center Baguio City. Also, I look at myself a a
    kind,patient,understanding,caring,hardworking and most of all a God fearing type of person.

    I believe that my vast experiences for five years(August 2006-December 2010) as a volunteer health
    worker and for seven years (January 2011-january 2017)as a volunteer Midwife and volunteer nutrition
    scholar. My education and all my seminars and trainings I attended will qualify me of this position. It is
    also my prayer and desire to promote good health to all people, not just in the community but to other
    people around who are seeking medical attention and it is my commitment to be of service to the whole
    community.
