As based on the Newton’s second law of motion that motion is explain on what happen in
the body when there is applied  force acting on the body. It is also defined as the net force on a
body is equal to its body’s mass multiplied by acceleration, and the formula

In this experiment it is divided into 2 parts. The first part emphasis the holding mass constant
when it changes  in net force, while the second part is wherein the mass is changing while
holding its net force in a constant state. Three trials were imparted for this experiment to easily
determined and observe the relationship between the mass and acceleration and its body’s

acceleration to net force. The formula are as follows

Based on the result that are gathered, in the Part A. Table 1. the acceleration of the cart
is  directly proportional to the total hanging  weight, with this kind of effect wherein the
acceleration increasing as its hanging mass weight increases. In the Newton’s Second
Law  Motion  with the force of gravity at constant rate as the weight increase the pulling from the
cart is also increase, wherein the proportional pull made by the hanging mass as its augment in
weight.   
In the Newton’s Second Law of Motion states that there is a correlation between
an  object's  mass and the force that requires to move it with the amount of force to accelerates
the object.   
In the field of engineering it is often used in calculation  of forces acting
upon  motionless  objects. Example of this concept is the joints that interconnected to the
framework of bridges and infrastructure. For the study of dynamics it can apply to predict
the moving of an object run into a net force.

In the normal force is wherein it run to a perpendicular surface that prevent the object to
breakthrough within the surface, while frictional force it can be in a tangential direction angle
that are depends upon the objects motion through the surface it is either appear as a static or in
a kinetic condition. The first part of the experiment is the Determination of the coefficient of

C.2 Conclusion
The Coefficient of friction in which is stated that as f/n has a relationship within the vicinity
contact, therefore the total weight pan and the total weight of the block is directly proportional.
The block remains constant wherein it travels to a uniform motion. Since the friction is in the
direction against net force it could always increase when the mass of the block also increase that
repress its state of inertia. The angle of repose will remain uniform no matter what angle neither
horizontal nor vertical is being used. Since the system is in state of equilibrium, W sin(theta) is
equaled by the frictional force and the W cos(theta) is also the same by the normal force.

The Friction has a lot of useful application in terms in the Engineering field, just like the car
tire that enables the car to driven out to the road that are essential for moving a car to a
distance without having a problem. Used in transportation and accurate measurement,
automobile car brakes system that inherently dependent on friction. Friction can produce fire
through ignition of the two objects. The friction is considered as the engineering mechanism in
which the machine could perform efficiently, there are different types of friction Dry friction,
Fluid friction, skin friction, and the internal friction.
