6.0 Tools For Instructional Supervision
Directions:
1. This form shall be answered by the Teacher prior to Instructional Support Visit.

additional job-relevant data to provide a background for actual observation..

Learners were tasked to perform the importance of electricity by differentiated
instructions given.

Lack of trainings for the teaching-learning process in order to improve the
teacher needs to attend seminars, trainings and workshops for the improvement of
meaningful learning.

From the Master Teachers and Principal by allowing myself to attend and
participates any trainings, seminars and workshops will be implemented ahead of time.
