BACKGROUND
Trimo Security and Private Investigators Limited was registered under the business
name act in the year 2008 to provide security, debt collection and investigation
services.
The company has become a renowned provider of quick and quality services to
an ever-growing list of satisfied clients. We have the reputation of providing excellent

services with incredible success and honesty. This has in turn earned us
the trust and respect of our clients.

Trimo is a Private Investigation, Debt collection and security organization which
provides a comprehensive range of security and debt collection related services.
The company is managed by the Director and the Chief investigator, Ms Jane Mugoh,
who has over eight years experience in varied fields of expertise, together with a team
of consultants who have extensive security and law enforcement background. They are
also experts in debt collection, investigations, executive VIP protection and guarding
fields.
We have developed extensive processes and procedures ensuring integrity,
customer satisfaction and quality services.
The company has four departments namely:-

1. Private Investigation and undercover services
2. Debt collection
3. Security services
4. Executive VIP Close Protection Training.
SENIOR DETECTIVE – Madam CEO Jane Mugo.

CEO and Chief Investigator, Trimo Security. Jane Mugo, the Director is an expert in
this field and has served in various law enforcement bodies as an undercover agent.
She has worked extensively with NGOs, the public and conducted various training
and high level cases. This has been both locally and in various countries such as
Turkey, South Africa, Rwanda, Tanzania and Russia.
Further, she was in charge of Scorpion group, where she handled various security
matters all over the country. She has also undergone a senior course on Criminal
Investigations where she qualified under the supervision of former Director of CID Mr.
Kamau.
Agent K. D Maxwell
Head VIP Services, Trimo Security. He is a meticulous, passionate, persuasive,
articulate and results driven EP Agent. He holds a proven record encompassing all
aspects of protective work; ascertaining the principals brief and risk profile, planning the
transit, foot and venue protection and executing the actual protection transit/foot/ venue
for designated persons. From overseas visiting dignitaries, celebrities, Business
executives, Attorneys, and Judges just to mention afew.
Having been trained and certified by SA Bodyguard Academy Training Institute (the
largest VIP academy in the Southern Hemisphere), this makes KD Maxwell one of the

Our private investigators are well versed with undercover work and receive training to
meet the needs of the growing number of fraudulent, civil, surveillance, and criminal
cases. We provide absolute confidentiality and the assignments are carried out without
compromising the well-being of the client.
DEBT COLLECTION
We are experts in recovering bad debts and are backed by the police,
auctioneers
and lawyers in our debt collection procedures that are in accordance to the law thus
ensuring speedy recovery of payments owed, and prosecution of both payment and
agreement defaulters e.g. for bad cheques, loan defaults, buyers, motor vehicles,
plots, furniture e.t.c.
SECURITY SERVICES
We provide our security services with vital commitment. This includes training
of
security personnel from various sectors, VIP protection, surveillance and both personal
and group Protection detail. Part of the scope is planning for events that involve security
as per regulations by the relevant legislation. Hence, we also provide crowd
management services through our well co-ordinated personnel with state-of-the-art
equipment.

HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION

Jane Mugo, the CEO is an expert in this field and has served the Kenyan Police for 8
years in various capacities. She has had extensive training within the
police force and has previously worked with various laws enforcement offices both in
Nairobi and all over Kenya. Further, she was in charge of Scorpion group,
where she handled various security matters all over the country. She has also
undergone a senior course at Criminal Investigation Department (CID) where she
qualified under the supervision of former Director of CID Mr. Kamau.
The Head of Investigations, Mr. Angelus Ngari, who has a diploma in

criminology
and a certificate in Forensic Methods and Techniques, Crime Prevention and Control,
Forensic Document Examination, also aids the Director. His role involves
overseeing surveillance, domestic, criminal, civil and private investigations. He is well

accustomed with V.I.P. Protection as well.
The Operations Manager
Mr. Wilson Gatehi Gachagua ensures all duties are
executed properly and on time. He has been with the company for over 2 years
now.
I.T support, online -based surveillance and data collection is conducted by a Mr.
Peter Kenneth Munene, a software engineer, who has been aiding the company
since 2009. He is also responsible for maintaining the company website and offering
Internet-based support to clients.
