    LETTER OF APPOINTMENT

    This is to certify that SALMAN an India citizen with PASSPORT NO:


    T4577108 has been appointed as a Facility Manager in my estate
    homes, prior to securing of Employment Visa & subsequent Arrival in
    New York.
    You are hereby directed to resume duty on or before March 26th, 2020. This letter of
    appointment sets out the terms and conditions covering your appointment which are as
    follows:
    1. This appointment is made on the understanding that the information given by you in your
    application is correct, true and complete. If it is found at any time that the information given
    by you is not accurate, this appointment may be withdrawn before you join service with us or
    your service may be terminated at any time after you have taken up employment with us.

    2. Employment as per this appointment letter is subject to satisfactory references & background
    verification through our research.

    3. The employment reserves the right to alter/modify its working hours.

    4. The company reserves the right to terminate your services if found not suitable on account of
    high level of incompetency/poor performance/attendance either failing in the certification (or)
    during or after the training period.

    5. Your employment shall be governed by the Policies and Procedures of the company which is
    subject to change from time to time.

    Your CTC and benefits with our institution as per year, breakup of which is provided in the
    annexure as properly described clearly in your Contract Agreement Letter as per our
    policies.

    Employment as per this Appointment Letter is subject to satisfactory references and background
    verification. We will be glad if you can join us on/before the *Resumption date as stated
    above*. This offer will end after 5 years from the appointment date pending performance
    appraisal shall it be extended further.

    Basic, Statutory Bonuses and Special Allowances are also categorically included in the Contract
    Agreement Letter and is subject to increase after performance review in 6 months depending on
    job performance and growth.
    Please sign the duplicate copy of this letter and return it to us as a token of your acceptance. We
    look forward to receiving the same.
