EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 16 Series of 2020 - AN ORDER PLACING THE PROVINCE OF CAPIZ UNDER GENERAL COMMUNITY QUARANTINE which was issued by the Provincial Government New Normal Basic Assumptions Physical Distancing To avoid physical contact and to decrease the risk of transmission of disease.

Cleaning and Disinfection of Workplace and other areas where people frequently stays New Normal Basic Assumptions Curfew A 24-hour curfew SHALL STRICTLY be (as per EO 16, S. 2020) imposed to the following individuals: a) Senior Citizen ages 60 and above; b) Pregnant Women; c) All immuno-compromised Individuals or individual with co morbidities or pre-existing medical conditions such as cardio vascular diseases, diabetes, cancer, or chronic lung disease; and d) Person ages twenty (20) and below. Senior Citizen whose work is vital to the operation of an entity and is allowed under GCQ Senior Citizens are required to secure Health Certificates from the CHO that they are not a suspect, probable or confirmed COVID-19 Patient and that they are not at risk New Normal Basic Assumptions Regular Monitoring of A special Monitoring Force will be created Establishments to to ensure compliance of establishments Ensure Compliance composed of, but not limited to the following:

1. Only those ages 21·59 years old shall be allowed to enter,
provided they present a valid ID; 2. Observe NO MASK. NO ENTRY POLICY for personnel and customers; 3. Provide alcohol available for customers at the entrance; 4. Maintain social distancing and avoid loitering; 5. Air conditioning temperature shall not be lower than 26°C. 6. Regularly disinfect • Liquor Ban is lifted, provided that consumption or drinking is limited within the home premises. Drinking in public areas, sidewalk, street or places of leisure is prohibited until further notice.

The city will conduct as comprehensive socio-economic impact
assessment shall help recognize the gaps in managing the future pandemics, vulnerabilities, and extent of its negative impacts to the economy and plan necessary restoration efforts.
Such assessment shall help in the post-disaster socio-economic
restoration policies and strategies. Post Pandemic Economic Recovery Plan
There is need to have a City “Post Pandemic Economic Recovery
Plan” which would provide a comprehensive overview of the current economy, assessing productivity, setting policy direction for future economic growth, and identifying strategies, programs, and projects to improve the economy.
