1. Conceptual Study for Wortel Oyong Grati Sustainability ‐ Santos
Santos is currently producing gas and oil from Oyong field and Wortel field,located in the Starits of Madura. The production form
Oyong wells are collected in Oyong WHP, as well as production from Wortel WHP. Seagood FPSO is used to process oil and associated
gas production from Oyong wells prior to being exported to SPJ FSO and OPF Grati along with Wortel gas and Oyong non associated
gas via 14” single phase pipeline. The FPSO and SPJ FSO will be released at Sep 2017. Santos intends to provide conceptual study to
extending contract until Sep 2018 or production oil and gas will be processed in OPF Grati.
Responsibility :
Perform process modelling Oyong WHP, Wortel WHP and OPF Grati for two options
Perform steady state hydraulic simulation using PIPESIM to estimate pressure requirement at Wortel WHP and Oyong WHP

2. Conceptual Study for KE‐38 FPSO Functional Specification – PHE WMO
Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO) is planning to utilize FPSO for topside process and living quarter
requirement because MOPU will be expired. At one time, FWHP field will continue to decline and after certain period of time, KE‐
38 well production will require compression prior to being sent to PPP facility via 16” multiphase existing pipeline. Considering to
this condition, FPSO facility is required to boost pressure, maintain production rate to PPP facility and store the liquid product. We
are commissioned to develop the study of Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) located in KE‐38 well production.

3. Pre‐FEED for Rental Compressor L‐Parigi – PERTAMINA EP
Pertamina EP is undertaking the development of the L‐Parigi Compression Platform (LPCP) to boost the pressure of the gas offshore
for further transportation to the Cilamaya onshore gathering station. The associated gas is taken from the existing Lima Platform
operated by Beyond Petroleum (BP) in a production sharing contract (PSC) with BPMigas. The field is located approximately 46 km
North‐West of Company’s Cilamaya station. The associated gas will be export to Cilamaya gathering station via 24” pipeline. The
landing pressure gas at Cilamaya station is low, Pertamina EP is planning to rental compressor. Incoming gas will be boosted to
sufficient pressure and returned to existing Dehydration system. Pertamina EP intends to provide tender document for rental
compressor include P&ID, engineering desin equipment and vendor review.

4. FEED for Ande‐Ande Lumut WHP – Santos
The Ande Ande Lumut is heavy oil field owned by Santos located in the Northwest Natuna PSC, offshore Indonesia. Part of the
approved Plan of Development involves the provision of a fixed structure Wellhead Platform (WHP) that will be integrated with a
spread moored FPSO. The Wellhead Platform (WHP) will consist of 4 leg wellhead platform with possibility up to 43 development
wells tied back to the WHP. The gas and oil processing will be at the bridge linked Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO).
All utilities planned to be supplied by the FPSO and will be delivered through umbilicals from the FPSO. Gas is gathered from the
wells located WHP will be sent to FPSO through flexible flow line. We are commissioned to FEED work includes a multidiscipline
engineering, generating all detailed design deliverable to develop AAL WHP, cost estimation, and PDMS Model.

PT PERTAMINA (Persero) Refinery RU IV, located in Cilacap is the largest of six Pertamina refineries in Indonesia and supplies 60%
of the fuel used in Java and 34% of the fuel used nationwide. It is integrated with a petrochemical plant producing Purified
Terepthallic Acid, Paraxylent, Lube Base Oil and LPG among other things. PT PERTAMINA GAS plan to permanently moor an LNG
Floating Storage and Regasification Unit FSRU at the eastern tip of Nusa Kambangan Island to supply 200 MMscfd of gas to Refinery
RU IV. We are commissioned to FEED work includes a multidiscipline engineering, generating all engineering detailed design
deliverable and cost estimation to develop Customer Recipt System (CRS) prior to sent to Pertamina RU IV.

Export (AGX) Platform, the West Lobe Wellhead Platform, the Gajah Baru Platform, and the Naga Pelikan Platform. Anoa platform
AGX receives gas from the Anoa wells, West lobe and SA‐21 well. Premier Oil is require to optimize the process performance of gas
processing system prior routed to compressor system and include the modifications purpose.

forecast production gain. KE‐38 well production will require cbooster system prior to being sent to PPP facility via 16” multiphase
existing pipeline. Considering to this condition, MOPU temporary production facility is required to boost pressure, maintain
production rate to PPP facility and store the liquid product. We are commissioned to perform engineering detail design for MOPU
facility, include a multidiscipline engineering which also include interfacing with Vendor’s MOPU and PDMS model facility.

Pertamina EP Java Region‐Subang Production Station is planning to install 3 (three) units of gas compressor, each with 100 MMSCFD
capacity to fulfill production 200 MMSCFD capacity completed with accessories, instrumentations, suction and discharge scrubber,
air fin cooler, air receiver, air compressor, fuel gas scrubber, fuel gas filter , fuel gas dryer, seal gas scrubber, seal gas filter, power
generator, piping system, civil facilities for gas compressor and genset, control room, drainage system, access road,and others. This
plant is located in area SP Subang, in Subang West Java. We are commissioned to perform engineering detail design for Gas
Compression system, includes a multidiscipline engineering which also include PDMS Model of facility.

9. Eng. Detailed Design for Tie‐in Pipeline Bukit Tua ORF at SIPL – Petronas Carigali Ketapang II, Ltd
The Bukit Tua Wellhead Platform (WHP) is located in 35km north of Madura and 110km north east of Gresik in East Java. A 12”NB
pipeline transports gas from the FPSO via WHP to the Bukit Tua Onshore Receiving Station (ORF) located at the Maspion complex.
PCK2L is require to install approximately 0.9km of 10”NB temporary pipeline between the ORF and the SIPL 20”NB sales gas pipeline
directly located approximately 0.6km west of the ORF. Approximately 0.6km of pipeline has already been engineered and extends
to near the south‐west corner of the SIPL facility. A further 0.3km is to be installed inside the SIPL facility which will tie‐in above
ground at the existing pig launcher. We are commissioned to perform detailed engineering services sufficient to enable material
procurement to be carried out for an installation contractor to install the pipeline.

10. Eng. Detailed Design for Additional Molesieve – JOB Pertamina Jambi Merang
JOB Pertamina Talisman‐Jambi Merang block is located in the province of South Sumatera, approximately 120 km south of the city
of Jambi. As a part of process requirement, it is required to reduce moisture content in processed gas by utilizing molesieve.
Currently, moisture content in processed gas is above 0.1 ppm which possibly creates hydrate formation in De‐Ethanizer system
lead to plant shutdown. It was suspected that the root cause of moisture content over spec due to small droplet of liquid carry over
to molesieve bed. The project is detailed engineering services covering multidiscipline engineering design, interfacing with licensor
(UOP), and Cost Estimation.

11. Eng Detailed Design for KRA South‐2 Infill – Star Energy
Star Energy (Kakap) Ltd (Company) is developing the KAKAP Field which consist KG, KRA, KH, and KF field, located in West Natuna
Sea, Indonesia. It is producing sales gas that is sold to Singapore through 14” pipeline that connects to the main West Natuna
Transmission System (WNTS) pipeline. A new development is required to maintain gas production collected at KRA platform as the
existing KRA‐S and KRA‐2X subsea well production, as well as the existing KRA wells will start to decline in the next few years.
This project is a FEED work includes a multidiscipline effort, generating all detailed design deliverable to develop KRA Platfrom by
adding a new infill well, namely KRA‐South 2, to be tied back to KRA Platfrom via subsea flowline. And rating all existing system to
ensure capability the existing KRA Platfrom.

PHE ONWJ intends to provide vent and flare study including flare radiation and dispersion for as well as safety system for NGL
Complex and ZULU Flowstation. The objective of this study are perform adequacy calculation of existing relief system, radiation and
dispersion analysis from Flare Stack during emergency condition and Atmospheric Vent Stack during normal operation, to assess
the potential impact of exposures on personnel facilities and operation of flame radiation and to asses the potential impact of gas
dispersion.
Responsibility :
Perform the adequacy calculation of existing PSVs, and BDVs in protecting existing equipment and associated system from
potential causes of overpressure in accordance with current operating condition

16. Eng. Service for Update Smart Plant PID Database of Tangguh LNG Operation – BP Berau Ltd.
BP Berau operates two LNG trains on the South shore of Bintuni Bay, West Papua. The Tangguh LNG plant capacity is 7.6 mtpa and
has been in operation since 2009. Gas for the two trains is fed from two offshore platforms of Vorwata field through two pipelines
of approximately 19 km VRA to ORF and 18 km VRB to ORF. We are commissioned to redraw the red line mark up of P&ID into
SPPID. The total P&ID is 148 drawings.

Company Summary : Chandra Asri Petrochemical is the largest integrated petrochemical
company in Indonesia that operates the country’s only world‐scale
size Naphtha Cracker in Indonesia. We incorporate state of the art
technologies and supporting facilities to produce Olefins (Ethylen,
Propylene), Py‐Gas, Mixed C4 and Polyolefins (Polyethylene and
Polypropylene). Our production facilities include two trains for
Polyethylene products and three trains for Polypropylene products.
In order to support the overall production operations, Chandra Asri
has on‐site power generator capacity that excesses the normal
production requirments as a back‐up power source which is
connected to the PLN.
