    MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN

    HITEC PRESS CLUB AND DSA

     PARTIES: This Memorandum of Understanding is made and entered into by and


    between HITEC PRESS CLUB and DSA HITEC UNIVERSITY
     PURPOSE: The purpose of this MOU is to establish the terms and conditions which
    are mentioned below;
     COVERAGE: HITEC PRESS CLUB would cover all the University events regardless of the
    invitation. But DSA would have to authorize/Inform HITEC PRESS CLUB.
     NON-COLLABORATION: HITEC PRESS CLUB would not become OFFICIAL PARTNER
    of any University Society from now onwards
     RESPOSNIBILTY OF UNIVERSITY SOCIETIES: In case of any INAPPROPRIATE behavior
    with PRESS CLUB COVERAGE TEAM by the management/staff of the happening Event
    the owning SOCEITY would be held responsible and a COMPLETE BOYCOTT would be
    observed against EVERY EVENT of that SOCIETY by HITEC PRESS CLUB and HITEC MEDIA
    CLUB.
     IRRELEVANT POST: In case of any IRRELEVANT/OFFENSIVE post by HITEC PRESS CLUB
    OFFICIAL page the Chairman of HITEC PRESS CLUB would be responsible.
     AMMENDMENTS: Either party may request changes to this MOU. Any changes
    modifications, revisions or amendments to this MOU which are manually agreed upon
    by and between the parties to this MOU shall be incorporated by written instrument
    and effective when executed and signed by all parties to this MOU.
