Talk no. 6: GOD’S PLAN FOR HIS CHURCH - John 17: 9-26
Purpose – To realize God’s plan that the Church should be one in faith, hope and
love for the Eucharist, hence, the Church should be one flock, one fold, one Shepherd

Talk no. 7: HEALING AND RECONCILIATION, - Isaiah 1: 18-20, Jeremiah 3: 12-15, Luke
15:4-7, Luke 15: 11-32, John 20: 23
Purpose –
1. To achieve a healing experience direct from the Mystical Body of Christ, The Church,
our fellow Catholics. We have hurt our fellow Catholics and has probably asked
their forgiveness. Now we will ask forgiveness from the Mystical Body of Christ, The
Church.
2. To cleanse ourselves and to get rid of all that bitterness within us so that we can
experience new life.
Reconciliation is very different from forgiveness. Forgiveness focuses on what has
been done that is wrong. Reconciliation, on the other hand, focuses on the
relationship.

Purpose –
1. To make the participants feel that they are part and they belong to the Church.
2. To create the desire in them to serve the Church.

Purpose – To make the participants aware that we are called to holiness of life (1
Peter 1: 15). God made us to know, love and serve Him. A real Christian Catholic lives
Christ’s way of life.

Talk no. 10: Evangelization - Matthew 28: 16-20

Purpose – This talk is intended to raise the consciousness of the laity to their
obligation, as baptized Catholic Christians, to actively give their time, talent and treasure for
the mission of evangelization.
