Ans: Occupation means profession which is done by someone for the benefits of economic sides.
b) What are criminal activities?
Ans: All kinds of activities that are prohibited by the law of a country are called criminal activities.
c) What are the purposes of legal jobs?
Ans: The purposes of legal jobs are: to keep the law, order in our society and to stop criminal
activities.
d) Why should we respect different kinds of jobs?
Ans: Different kinds of jobs help us to lead our daily lives. So, we all should respect different kinds of
jobs.
Broad Questions:
a) What are legal jobs? Discuss about the legal jobs.

Ans: Legal job are those that maintain the law and stop crime in our society. Such as:
Police: Police have many functions. They help the people to move safely in the street and control the
traffic law. They also stop people breaking the law and bring criminals to justice. They protect the
law and order of the country.
Lawyer: Lawyer launches trial the case at the court. Lawyers help the court by explaining the law and
try to solve disagreements between people. They know the law well, so they can tell who is right and
wrong.
Judge: Judge punishes the criminals according to the law of the country. If a crime is really serious, it
goes to
a court. The judge hears both sides of the case, and then decides who is guilty and what their
punishment will be.
b) Make a list of works of all types of professional jobs around our society.

and maintain machineries.

v) Office worker They help to make things annd provide information for other people.
vi) Pharmacist They make drugs to keep us well.
