“SECTION 5. APPLICABILITY CLAUSE.

All other matters not specifically provided in this Ordinance shall be governed by the
pertinent provisions of existing and applicable laws or ordinances.

“SECTION 6. SEPARABILITY CLAUSE.

If for any reason, any part of this Ordinance shall be held to be unconstitutional or invalid,
other parts or provisions thereof which are not affected shall continue to be in full force or effect.

“SECTION 7. REPEALING CLAUSE.

All ordinances, rules and regulations or parts thereof in conflict with in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed and/or amended accordingly.

SECTION 8. EFFECTIVITY.

This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen (15) days upon approval and publication posted in
three conspicuous places in the Barangay of Rizal.
