    ORDER

    In pursuance with Memo. No. 186-SE/S/8B-06/2019 dated 10.02.2020, I being the appointing authority, make the
    following transfers on mutual ground upon the recommendation of the West Bengal Central School Service
    Commission.

    All School Managing Committee/Ad-hoc Committee/Administrator(In case of H/M) and all HM/TIC(In case of
    AT & non-teaching post) are requested to allow release/joining respectively in view of amendments of the Rules
    for management of Non-Government Institutions(Aided and Unaided) 1969, Rules 28(A)(a) & 28(c)(a) and
    amendments of the Rules for Management of Sponsored Institutions(Secondary) Rules 1972, Rule 23(a) and 23A(a).

    Concerned DIs/ADIs shall look into the matter and ensure smooth release & joining of teachers as specified in
    the recommendation. They shall also approve the joining of all who had joined in the meantime.
