In short, it is the key to providing a comfortable
indoor climate, or a steady supply of hot and cold
water.
Hattersley Future Flow range includes a variety
of dynamic balancing valves that use the latest
technology to maintain the required design flow
rate. In contrast to static balancing valves they
are pressure independent so that flow rates
remain constant, irrespective of any pressure
changes within the system.

ACT1932M
The ACT1932M series provides floating and
proportional control in HVAC applications. The
compact design of this actuator makes it suitable
for installation in confined spaces, such as a fan
coil, chilled ceiling and manifolds.
Due to the innovative concept of auto stroke
detection, the ACT1932M automatically calibrates
itself to the valve setting, ensuring the control
signal is readjusted over the mechanical set

Differential Pressure
Control Valves
To meet the growing use of variable speed pumps
for HVAC applications, Hattersley has launched
a range of Differential Pressure Control Valves
(DPCV) specifically aimed at optimising system
performance.
Extremely efficient, the DPCV is set to a maximum
differential pressure, which ensures flow cannot
exceed a desired rate. It therefore helps reduce
energy consumption, the risk of noise and simplifies
the commissioning process.

ISLAND
As a reclaimed island offshore from Jumeirah
Beach, this mixed-use development and leisure
destination will be home to residential buildings,
hotels, food outlets, retail, and the iconic ‘Dubai-I’,
a Ferris wheel twice the size of the London Eye.
The Wharf Retail development has a gross floor
area of 173,000 square metres, forming a ‘souq’
style retail area with complex facades that mix
50 different materials. Dubai’s first inflated ETFE
canopy will cover over 7,000 square metres.
