trol, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This catalog’s publication coincides with the 20th year
that we have been serving our customers. This milestone has given us great confidence
that we have been serving our customers well and we will strive to improve our service
for the future.

we represent. The product range is one of the main ways we have been able to serve our

Since the last catalog publication, PT. Hanang Gema Instrument has grown to better

PlantCruise by Experion

As a member of Honeywell’s Experion family, PlantCruise by Experion is specifically designed to meet the
customer needs in emerging markets, through integrating state-of-the-art technology from the award-winning
Experion Process Knowledge System (PKS) with innovative design of Series 8 I/O modules and cabinets,
easier engineering and maintenance capabilities, and integrator-friendly programs and tools.

PlantCruise is the perfect flexible platform for sites with small to medium complexity. Any sized installation
has access to a robust historian, controller-based batch sequencing, advanced control, change control for
validated sites and reporting capabilities. The solution can scale from one engineering station, one operator
station and one controller to multiple operator stations, redundancy and batch management. In addition, the
system provides reliable communication with third-party devices and drives.

PlantCruise Engineering Station

A PlantCruise Engineering Station or redundant Engineering Station combination functions as a system-wide

historian and global database. The PlantCruise Engineering Station also supports communication to SCADA
point sources, DSA point sources, OPC clients and Engineering Stations and holds the system event jour-
nal, system configuration files, custom applications and server scripts. The Engineering Station is the source
for data, alarms, events, etc. for the client connected applications. One or more PlantCruise Engineering Sta-
tions are required for an PlantCruise system.

PlantCruise Direct Station

Direct Stations can directly access process data, alarms and messages from C300. With no loss of viewing
critical data and alarms when the engineering station fails, an operator can control and monitor the process
adequately.

Safety Manager

Safety Manager performs on Integrated Safety Integrity Level (SIL) 3

capability level which is the highest safety level required for most process
industries. Process security is maintained independently from the main
control system. The result is a unified safety system solution that elevates
safety and process availability—as well as production and profitability.

PlantCruise C300 Controller

Honeywell’s C300 Controller provides powerful and robust control for the
PlantCruise system. The C300 is a node in operating Honeywell’s
field-proven deterministic Control Execution Environment (CEE) core
software. The CEE software provides a superior control execution and
scheduling environment. Control strategies for each controller node are
configured and loaded through a common Control Builder, an easy and
intuitive engineering tool. In addition to a standard and robust library of
pre-built function blocks and algorithms, the C300 Controller also sup-
ports Custom Algorigthm Blocks (CABs). Custom Algorithm Blocks are
similar in purpose and structure to the standard function blocks that
are distributed with Control Builder. However, CABs have user-defined
algorithms and data structures, , allowing custom tailored strategies to be
developed to specific
requirements.

Flexible Confi guration
