    TRANSFORMER SPECIFICATION

    Each transformer would be of the 3 phase, 50 Hz, oil immersed, naturally cooled, double wound core
    type having a core manufactured from cold rolled grain oriented steel and supplied with the first
    filling of Mineral Oil as per IEC60296.

    The transformers would comply with the following specification:-

    Rating and Pattern 2.0 MVA ONAN_HERMETICALLY SEALED.

    Voltage ratio 11/0.433 at No Load.

    Insulation Levels HV : Li : 75; Ac: 28.


    LV : Li: ---; Ac: 3.

    Connections Dyn11

    Adjusting Tapping’s On the HV winding for HV variation covering a tapping range of plus
    5% to minus 5% in 4 steps each 2.5%

    Tapping Control By means of manual externally operated of-circuit tapping switch


    Complete with tap position indicator and provision for padlocking.

    HV Terminations Air Insulated cable box with Bi Mould bushings suitable for 1 No. of 3C x
    185mm2 XLPE/PVC/CU Cable entry from below.

    LV Terminations Flanged throat suitable for bus duct

    Paint Finish

    The transformers would be painted in accordance with our finishing system PS/F/C5/Hfor Tank and
    externals and PS/R/C5/H for radiators. The final paint shade will be RAL6011.

    Technical Data

    The transformer performance figures given in attached Data sheets are based on a normal voltage
    ratio and mean winding temperature of 75°C, the losses and Impedance are subject to the
    tolerances permitted in DGS-1630-021.

    The sound pressure level is based on the transformer ONAN rating when measured in line with the

    Design

    The transformers would be of our standard design and construction described above. They would be
    manufactured in accordance with IEC 60076 and designed for a temperature rise measured by
    thermometer in oil not exceeding 45°C or 50°C measured by increase in resistance method following
    a continuous full load run. Max ambient temperature is considered as 54deg.

    Overloads would be permitted in accordance with IEC 60076-7.
