We have reviewed your initial requirements and understand the following key facts about your
event:

of business objectives. In the beginning, FINEST EVENT Group of Company will conduct a
preliminary consultation to understand your event’s objectives and goals. We will then set up a
strategy and execution plan accordingly. It will focus on streamlining logistics so that your event's
best qualities shine through.

Memorandum of Agreement

Letter of Agreement
This agreement is between Nix Da Silva and Gianne Salonga, hereafter referred to as CLIENT,
and FINEST EVENT Group of Company, hereafter referred to as CONTRACTOR, and made
and entered into this March 05, 2016 at Bagong Silang Balanga City Bataan.

Whereas, the contractor offers his services for wedding event as an event coordinator to provide
the

1. Research, Design, planning, coordination, and evaluation of the wedding event.
2. Research that will commence with the join execution of this agreement.
3. A wedding event that will be hold on October 22, 2016, Saturday

II. Client agrees to provide:


1. Liable to pay all incurred cost on the services made by the first party.
2. Liable to pay all cost stated upon breach of contract.
3. Down payment of 40% upon signing of contract.
4. All payments made upon cancellation will be forfeited.
5. Corkage fee of 7500 for every supplier not affiliated from the Venue.
6. A 2% Discount can be acquired if the payment is received two weeks advance prior to
the due date.

III. Terms and Condition


The clients agree to provide the following schedule of payment made.
1. March 15, 2016 40% down payment upon contract signing
2. April 25, 2016 20% three months before the event
3. July 10, 2016 10% two months before the event
4. October 2016 30% on or before the event
IV. Mode of Payments
1. Cash on the schedule of payment
2. Online bank transfer with emailed copy of transaction
3. Postdated Check named to the company

V. Force Majeure
If an act of God, such as a fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural calamity shall cause
CLIENT to cancel the event, CONTRACTOR will require payment only for the time actually
spent planning CLIENT’s event

VI. Termination of Event


This agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of the
services required by this letter of agreement.

VII. Changes and Cancellations


Any and all changes made to this letter of agreement must be made in writing and signed
by all parties. If the event is cancelled, refunds are limited to unearned fees, funds in
excess of unused or non-refundable fees, and out-of-pocket expenses. If CLIENT cancels
less than 90 days before the event, there will be no refund issued.

VIII. Acceptance

within this agreement.

b) Unpicked photos will be given out in the form of DVD or Printed as per client’s choice
c) Photo boot will also be provided with the team of Hawaiian costumes and props;
photo boot will be available with-in 4 hours of the program

online customer service. We also plan to have our corporate office in one of the premium city in the

job training of the inspiring youth that are inspired to take the path of event management services.
As k+12 education was already introduced in the Philippines our company also offer TESDA Course
especially inclined to front office services. As we see their willingness to learn and to develop their
skills, our eagerness to give them opportunities grow.

Establish good working condition and public relation to increase

After our company finish the job on the client, we ensure that will ask suggestion and feedback
about our service and what more we can offer to them. We also give small gift or giveaways to the
clients as token of appreciation in selecting our service among others. In that way we develop
rapport to the customer and enhance our existing services and product or develop a new one.

Brought generator in case of power outage


Every time we have an event that we offer our services we always assure that we always bring
generator that is sufficient enough to give us source of electricity if power outage occurs.

Back up equipment are always available in case one of the equipment down to ensure the smooth
flow of the event.

Form emergency plan in case of sudden changes or unexpected


event
Emergency plan is already established and presented to the client ahead of time so if unexpected
event occur the activity can still continue in the same or alternative way.
