4. Issuance of Card

Proceedings:

The meeting started at 10:30 in the morning. I reminded the parents about the school’s rules and regulation. I
repeated the absenteeism and tardiness of their child.

I also follow up the study of their children, especially their reading ability and their assignment. If ever they receive
the card with blank on the subject it only means that their child failed in that subject. The child with failed subject will have
a remedial class at 11:00am with their subject teacher. Their child must attend the remedial class for them to cope up with
their grades. And also if their child has an enrichment/enhancement they will also attend the 11:00am class for them to
enhance more their ability in that subject.

I follow up the parents on the PSA birth certificate of their child that they will must submit it as soon as possible.

The teacher distributed the report card to the parents. And the parents signed the report card.

Conclusion

As all other pertinent concerns were dealt with for the time being, the meeting was adjourned at 12:00 noon, with the same
number of attendees.
