Student Government (SSG) under the guidance of Mr. Emmanuel Mamaril, have been
made virtually. This was all brought about by the CoVid 19 pandemic which affected the
education sector all around the globe, the Philippines not excluded. As a result, the
theme for this year’s Brigada Eskwela is “Bayanihan 2020: Oplan Balik eskwela at

Overall, the Brigada Eskwela for this year is truly different from its predecessors.
But the pandemic did not stop the Brigada Eskwela Coordinator, the SSG Adviser, and
the rest of the Tibagan High School community in delivering and showcasing the real
spirit of Bayanihan in the education sector. Still many have shown interest and
attended the webinars and programs headed and conducted by the program
coordinators. The overflowing support of the speakers to the programs were also
evident during the entire conduct of the Bigada Eskwela program. The school may be
facing the challenges of the new normal, but the spirit of Bayanihan never stops to
kindle.
