TRANSPORT INSPECTION CHECKLIST

1. DOT Annual Inspection Current and in Compliance
2. Reflective tape and markings on side of transport in compliance with
DOT Regulations.
3. Overall body conditions showing no cracks, damage, etc.
4. All electrical wiring harnesses secured, no corrosion, or damage to
protective coverings.
5. All air lines not leaking and secured.
6. All brake lines not leaking and secured.
7. All brakes properly adjusted.
8. Air control valves secured and not leaking.
9. Air tank secured and not leaking.
10. Under carriage of the frame not twisted, severe rust, broken cross
members.
11. Axles secured to mounting plates and frame.
12. Shocks not leaking and in good working order.
13. Seals on axles and hydraulic systems not leaking.
14. Tail lights, clearance lights, marker lights are working and secured.
15. Mud flaps secured, proper height and with required reflector markings.
16. Tires have proper tire pressure, tread depth and showing no excessive
wear and tead/sidewall damage.
17. Tire rims are not cracked, welded, improper match to tire sizes, worn
around stud holes.
18. Tire lug nuts are not loose and all are on the tire rim.
19. No missing or improper length or damaged lug nut studs.
20. Minimum Tire Tread Depth of 6/32” on all tires.
