Foodelicious is a food cart business which sells affordable and tasty Pinoy foods that
suits to everyone’s taste. We are here to sell hygienic foods that can give satisfaction to each
of our customers. Our business will offer a variety of cooked products such as lumpiang
shanghai, dynamite, pancake, banana cue, and drinks like buko juice. We chose this kind of
business because we have observed that most of the students favor Pinoy streetfoods.
Our start-up costs will be P1000.00 in putting up our business to sell delicious Pinoy
foods to our customer. In order to meet our start-up cost, the owners will give their own
shares and contributions.
Foodelicious is owned and operated by Shirmin, Julius, Cyra, Melanie, and Kriza.
Together, we will be joining hands to reach our goals and objectives and to establish our
stated vision and mission.
Foodelicious will be open from eight o’clock in the morning to four o’clock in the
afternoon and will be located inside Wigan Integrated School - Secondary Department.

The Proponents
Foodelicious is a food cart business which sells a variety of tasty and delicious Filipino
foods that is affordable to everyone. Our business is widely open and available to every
individual and is affordable to each possible buyer.
We chose this kind of business because we had observed that lots of people are fond of
eating street foods and we are here to grab the opportunity. Aside from offering delicious
Pinoy foods, we also want to gain our customer’s trust and have a good relationship with
them.

Our vision is to be one of the most visited food cart business here in Wigan, Cordon,
Isabela and to be the best serving food business.
MISSION
Our mission is to provide satisfactory service to people, to quench people’s thirst with
our tasty and satisfying variety of foods, and to continually improve our business by
expanding it towards the area in and outside the baranggay.
Short-term Goal
Our short-term goal is to maintain good relationship with our buyers and
continually provide good services and treatments.
Long-term Goals
Our long-term goal is to upgrade our food cart business into a bigger one and
expand it around the area as well as product innovation and strategy improvement.

LOCATION
We will try our best to do our jobs properly and to provide good services to our
customer. Foodelicious is good at selling home-made merienda and the likes. It is also
clean and organize which can help us convince more customers to buy our products.
LEGAL STRUCTURE
Foodelicious is a partnership program wherein there are five owners who will be
handling it. The start-up cost will be provided by the owners by giving shares and
contributions. Responsibilities will be divided and each will play their own roles. As
entrepreneurs, we will do our best to run this business smoothly with the use of this
partnership.
MARKETING PLAN
Target Market
Foodelicious’ target market will be all the students of Wigan Integrated School –
Secondary Department and even the outside people who want to buy our product. Since
we sell affordable Pinoy foods, we assume that lots of customers will be encouraged to
come and visit our food cart.
Market Trends
Pinoy streets foods are very familiar to everyone. Aside from its delicious taste, it
is also affordable and is pretty addicting. Lots of people buy street foods every time they
see one and it becomes their snack or even their meal.
Competition
The school canteen and the outside stores are our major competitors and we are
willing to face them. The school canteen also sells the same product with us as well as the
outside stores. Even so, we will still continue this business.
SWEET SARAP
It is managed by Nimrod Cumila. They are open from 7 AM to 5 PM. They sell banana cue,
ice candy, choco juice, and pandan juice.
SHARE SARAP
It is managed by Angel Baliwang. They sell turon, lumpia, buko, and sago’t gulaman juice.
They are open for almost 24 hours.
FOODMENT
It is managed by Jessabel Pascua. They sell kwek-kwek, juice, fish balls and chicken feet.
They are open for almost 24 hours.

MARKETING STRATEGY
Lastly, we can attract more buyers if we build good relationship with our
customers. By showing good attitude, we can divert our customer’s attention to
continually patronize our products.
