    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    We, POLICARPIO LUMUCSO DESCALSO, REYNALDO LUMUCSO


    DESCALSO, ZENAIDA LUMUCSO UMALI and MARIA LUMUCSO BALAGTAS, all
    of legal ages, Filipino, married and with residence and postal address at Pasong
    Camachile II, General Trias, Province of Cavite, do hereby designate and appoint
    HENRY BALAGTAS, GLEN DESCALSO and DERRICK EUSEBIO, all of legal ages,
    Filipino, single/married and with residence and postal address at Barangay Pasong
    Camachille II and Barangay Sampalucan, General Trias, Province of Cavite, to be our
    true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for our name, place and stead, to wit:

    1. To represent us in any Court proceedings and/or juridical authority for and


    in behalf of the herein Defendant (Antonina Lumucso- Deceased) and
    the surviving heir/s relative to the captioned Case No. TMSCA-030-18,
    TMSCA-031-18, TMSCA-032-18, TMSCA-033-18, covering Four (4)
    parcels of the registered land in the name of the herein Defendant.

    2. To sign, receive and/or submint pertinent papers/documents for the


    compliance of Court processes pertaining yo the captioned cases filed at
    the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 23, Trece Martires City.

    3. To execute, sign motion/pleadings and/or other related documents with


    party concern, provided with direct supervision and control of the regular
    Court for judicious resolution on the case at bar.

    4. To deposit, withdraw, receive money/monies and/or in cash


    check/checks representing as monetary compensation on the
    aforesaid property as part and parcel of the proposed “Retarding Basin
    Project” of DPWH, increase amicable settlement maybe granted for
    the mutual benefits of bith parties thereof.

    5. To hire the services of Legal Counsel to assist on legal matters and the
    same to represent in a proper Court prescribed under the Rules.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and
    authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite,
    necessary and proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents
    and purposes as we might or could do if personally present and acting in person;
    and

    HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that the said attorney-in-fact shall
    lawfully do and cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
