    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, MANUEL B. CORPUZ, of legal age, single, Filipino, with residence at 123 KALAYAAN AVENUE,
    PASIG CITY, do hereby APPOINT, NAME and CONSTITUTE CARMELA G. DE CASTRO, likewise
    of legal age, singe, with residence at 321 MABUHAY STREET, CALOOCAN CITY to be my true
    and lawful attorney in-fact to act, for and in my stead, to do and perform the following acts deeds
    and things, to wit:

    1. To file, sign, and execute the application form and other necessary documents for the
    HOUSING LOAN RESTRUCTURING PROGRAM on my property located at Lot 54,
    Block 4, Green Meadows, Caloocan City financed by the Pag-IBIG Fund with Housing
    Account No. 67543, under such terms and conditions which my said Attorney-in-Fact
    may deem appropriate and convenient;
    2. To execute, sign, and deliver Promissory Note/s in favor of the Pag-IBIG Fund, as well as
    other documents that may be required by the said government financial institution in
    connection with the aforementioned loan;
    3. To receive the proceeds of the said Promissory Note/s which my said Attorney-in-Fact
    may execute in connection with the said application; and
    4. To perform other act/s that may be required by the Pag-IBIG Fund with regard to the said
    application.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do
    and perform any and every act, and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and
    about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
    present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or
    cause to be done by virtue of these presents.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 15th day of SEPTEMBER,
    2023 at QUEZON CITY.
