Sri Srikanth Rayapati and , Smt. Sowjanya Rayapati are spouses only
and Residents of Thulluru. The both persons are educated and having well
experience in the business line. They are running business in the name of M/s
Sai Srinivasa Constructions. All the business license are in the name of
Rayapati Srikanth & Rayapati Sowjanya.
The applicants are wish to Provide the works all over in Andhra
Pradesh., Hence they require funds to finish present running construction
project at palakaluru. They approached and request to sanction an amount of
Rs. 35.00 lakhs as term loan and Rs. 35.00 Lakhs as Overdraft facility with
repayment of 84 EMI. For this proposed loan they are offering residential
vacant land to the ext of 4625 sq fts., worth of Rs. 140.00 lakhs. The
