MEMORANDUM RELATING TO DEPOSIT OF TITLE DEEDS

This Agreement of deposit of title deeds executed at Suryapet on this 25th day of

Here-in-after called “The Depositors”, which term shall whenever the context mean and
include their heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and
assigns. In favour of the TAMILNAD MERCANTILE BANK LTD., TAN:HYDT05916B,
Manager: Paluru Surendra, S/o. P Aadaiah., a Company Registered under Companies
Act and having its Registered Office at Thoothukudi, Tamilnadu and having one of its
branch office functioning at Door No: 1-5-136 to 139, Ground floor, Poola Center, Alankar
Road, Suryapet – 508 213, Telangana, hereinafter called Bank which term shall wherever
the context admits, means and includes their heirs, executors, administrators, legal
representatives and assigns of the other part.

Whereas Mr. Mylavarapu Dayakar S/o. M. Shobanadri, Prop : M/s. Sri Saimani
Travelling Bags, D.No. 0-00, M G Road, Beside ICICI Bank, Suryapet – 508 213 /
depositor have been sanctioned with Term Loan limit of Rs. 20,00,000.00 for the purpose of
working capital.

Whereas Mr. Mylavarapu Dayakar S/o. M. Shobanadri, Prop : M/s. Sri Saimani
Travelling Bags, D.No. 0-00, M G Road, Beside ICICI Bank, Suryapet – 508 213 /
depositor have agreed that the repayment of the said loan of Rs. 20,00,000.00 shall be
secured by deposit of title deeds belonging to Mrs. Mylavarapu Shirisha W/o. Mylavarapu
Dayakar, H.No. 1-1-487, Nehru Nagar, 33 Ward, Suryapet – 508 213 , Telangana as
Collateral Security.

Now this Memorandum relating to Deposit of Title Deeds witnesseth that in consideration of
the sum of Rs. 20,00,000.00 received / agreed to be received by Mr. Mylavarapu Dayakar
S/o. M. Shobanadri, Prop : M/s. Sri Saimani Travelling Bags, D.No. 0-00, M G Road,
Beside ICICI Bank, Suryapet – 508 213, Telangana, depositor from the Bank and as
security for the repayment of the said sum Rs.20,00,000.00 together with interest and other
monies that may become due and payable, the depositor/borrowers have deposited with the
Bank at its Suryapet Branch on 25.11.2022, the title deeds more fully described in Schedule
A relating to his property more fully described in Schedule B hereunder as security with
intention to create security interest by deposit of title deeds to secure the loan of
Rs.20,00,000.00 due and owing by / depositor, including interest, penal interest,
commitment charges, cost, and other monies that may become due and payable from time
to time by Mr. Mylavarapu Dayakar S/o. M. Shobanadri, Prop : M/s. Sri Saimani
Travelling Bags, D.No. 0-00, M G Road, Beside ICICI Bank, Suryapet – 508 213 /
depositor to the Bank.
