    Subject: Some Corrective Measures and Suggestions for Talagang Markets.

    With reference to our last meeting I am not involve in price wars with local dealers but I am
    surprised to see the warning letter from the management.

    Please consider some of the following points in this regard.

     Every market has limited sales scope and when u insert new dealers all the dealers will
    distribute that portion.
     Till May 2017 I was gradually increasing the sales and the management decided to insert
    a new dealer, it resulted in lowering my sales.
     In March 2018 it again happened when I was at the level of 4041 tons per month and a
    new dealer was inserted.

    Now some points about price wars. (As this was commitment from your side that you will
    control all these external factors).

     Since last three months Fauji cement is increasing sales due to low rates and we are not
    violating the rates policy as per commitment.
     Management policy about price match is not so clear, it doesn’t meet the requirements.
     Some other brands like DG cement are also doing business with lower price strategies.

    I very hopeful that you will consider these points and will formulate such policies to assist your
    dealers. I am ready to cooperate in every regard please control these external issues with the
    industry and price war.
