A recruitment notice is enclosed herewith inviting applications to fill up 45 (Forty

Five) vacancies (subject to increase or decrease) in the grade of Technical Assistant in
Level -6 of the Pay Matrix in National Technical Research Organisation on Deputation/
Re-employment basis,

2. lt is requested that the above mentioned recruitment notice may please be widely
circulated amongst the eligible candidates of your organisation/deparlment. The

Applications are invited from officers of Central Government to fill up the following
vacancies in National Technical Research 0rganisation on Deputation/Re-employment basis :-

The essential eliqibility criteria for the aforementioned post are as under:-

(i) Bachelor's Degree in Science with Mathematics or Physics as one of the
subjects from a recognised university; or
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Application from a recognised university
or institute; or

Three Years Diploma in Engineering or Technology in Electronics/

Electronics & Communication/ Electrical/ Mechanical/Computer
Science/ Instrumentation engineering from a recognised institute; or

Diploma/Technical Proficiency Certificate in Electronics/ Electronics &

Communication/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Comouter Science/
Instrumentation engineering / Operator Special Signal (Class-l)/ GIS/
Geoinformatics/ Cryptology/ Cryptography/ Cryptanlysis/ Cipher
awarded by Armed Forces, and
(ii) Must be possessing:-
(a)two years of experience of working on radio signal monitoring as
Operator Special Signal in Indian Army; or

(b)two years of experience in the field of remote sensing/ image

interpretation/ GIS/ digitization & mapping; or

(c)two years of experience in the field of Cryptology/ Cryptography/

Cryptanalysis/ Cipher;

t (c) Having working knowledge of computer.

Note-1 : Candidate shall be required to qualify tests as may be prescribed to assess their
knowledge of Computer Application,
Note-2 :
The departmental Officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of
promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly,
deputationist shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment of promotion.

Note-3 : The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post
held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or
department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years,
Note-4 : The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall be not exceeding fifty six
years as on the closing date of receipt of application.

For Ex-Serviceman: Deputation/Re-employment

The Armed Forces personnel due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period
of one year and having the requisite experience and qualifications prescribed shall also be
considered. Such persons would be given deputation term upto the date on which they are due
for release from the Armed Forces; thereafter, they may be continued on re-employment,
