    LETTER OF CONTRACT

    Dear Ms. Manju Bala,

    With reference to your interview dated 20th November’2018 for the post of House Mother in our
    Children Home at Sirsa , I am pleased to inform you;

    That you have been selected as a House Mother for our children home. You are being contracted from
    27th Nov.’18 up to 31st March’19.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. You will render services in CSI as a “House Mother”.


    2. In connection with the work assigned to you, you will devote as much as time as necessary for
    achieving the objectives and goals of CSI in terms of the job assigned to you.
    3. CSI will pay you a consolidated amount of Rs. 11000/- per month all inclusive.
    4. You will not indulge in any unlawful activity while performing the job assigned to you.
    5. You would strictly adhere to the child protection guidelines and policy of the organization.
    6. Your service is purely on contractual basis and is for limited period only. There shall be no claim for
    regularization of services. However your contract of employment may be revised or extended for a
    further period, as per the extension of the project.
    7. Either side can make termination of this contract for any reason, provided 15 days prior notice is
    given in writing. However, in case of breach of trust or misconduct or indiscipline, this contract may
    be terminated by the CSI without any notice.
    8. Both parties expressly understand that you are being engaged for “Children’s Home”. In case the
    said home is suddenly closed in the event of there being a shortfall in the funding position or for
    any other reason, your service will be liable to be terminated without prior notice. In such event CSI
    will not be liable to pay you any compensation including retrenchment compensation or other
    damages on any account.
    9. Any article /material /records /registers or correspondence given to you or coming to your custody
    pertaining to activities of CSI shall be property of CSI and you will hold the same in trust only during
    the period of contract and will hand over all before your final salary is paid.
    10. In the event of your being absent for three consecutive days without permission, it shall be
    presumed that you have abandoned the contract on your own accord and the contract is liable to be
    terminated.
    11. Your tenure shall end on the date indicated above and you will have no right to extension or
    continuity of your tenure, which shall be at the sole discretion of CSI.

    Please sign one copy of this contract letter and return to CSI, if the terms and conditions stated herein
    are acceptable to you.
