INGREDIENTS
¼ Pork chopped meat
2 Tablespoons olive oil
3 Tablespoons butter
1 Tablespoons of salt
1 Ground black pepper
16 Cloves garlic, peeled
1 Bay leaf
1 Cup red wine
1 lemon
1pcs. Chayote
PROCEDURES
1. Marinate the pork with salt and ground pepper and set aside.
2. Heat the oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in heavy skillet over high heat and put the marinated
pork until it becomes golden brown then set aside.
3. Reduce the heat into medium high, then Saute the 16 cloves of garlic stir then around and
cook until they get nice and golden brown, and poor the red wine then add the bay leaf,
and put the pork. stir it around and cook until the sauce is reduce.
4. Heat the 1 tablespoon of butter in heavy skillet over low heat and add the chopped chayote
sprinkle with pinch of salt saute until cook.
5. Plate the finish product squeeze with lemon juice and then served.
