Sir, Under the instructions and authority given to me by my above named client, I hereby serve you with the following notice and inform you as under :-
1. My client advanced you a loan of Rs. 50,000/- for Kirana shop
and dairy business. You have signed and executed necessary documents in favour of my client. Loan amount was to be repaid under facility of instalments together with interest @ 11% per annum subject to rise and fall as per R.B.I. guidelines. However, you did not repay the loan amount as agreed.
2. After considering your loan account upto 15.01.2010, an
amount of Rs. 55,627/- is found due and outstanding recoverable from you. You are also liable to pay further accrued interest thereon till the date of its repayment. As you have committed defaults in repayment schedule as agreed, my client is entitled to recover the entire amount in lumpsum.
3. Hence, by this notice, you are called upon to repay aforesaid
amount alongwith further uptodate interest thereon within 15 days from the date of receipt of this notice, failing which my client will be compelled to take appropriate legal action against you in the court of law for recovery of aforesaid amount and in that event you will be responsible for costs and consequences arising therefrom, which please note. Please note that, you are liable to pay the loan amount. You are also liable to pay Rs. 1,700/- as the costs and expenses of this notice.
