What is Globalization? In order for my readers to fully understand the objective of this
paper, I first need to make clear what globalization actually means, not just with the specific aspect,
but to society in general. In society today, you hear the word “globalization” thrown around, but
what does it actually mean? I looked to many sources and there were many different definitions.
One source had a definition that really seemed to me to be the best description of globalization,
particularly for the purposes
But globalization is not about sustainability of economic state but it has also a role in the
local culture, society and religion values. Globalization can be the way to spread or to share our
culture in other country. Since, it builds a good relationship with our neighbor countries, the role
of it is to spread our culture in order to know our way of living. And also it makes our society
improved and we can build a good relationship through sharing our beliefs and our values when it
comes from spiritual aspects. But if there’s a positive there’s also a negative effect in our
community. One thing that comes to my mind is that, is there a competition in different countries?
Yes, there is, the reason why there’s a competition in different country is that because of their
innovation and the way they act on the different situations, just like in making a product. In order
to patronize our product, we need to develop and improve it in order to make it unique and that’s
one thing why some countries are being competitive.
And for my conclusion, all I can say is that globalization should be beneficial not harmful
because for me, globalization is only a good thing if it benefits all group of society. Globalization
is what we need and with the simple benefits, we can attain the good and happy life by simply
Increase free trade and communication between nations, along with increase access to technology,
media, education, healthcare, consumer goods, and other resources. Yes, it seems difficult to attain
but we can have these benefits if we know the true essence of globalization.
