    Company: Sui Northern Gas Pipeline (SNGPL) – Pakistan

    Responsibilities:

     Co ordination with client for various QA/QC activities.


     Maintain Quality Assurance’s filing and record retention.
     To follow up the timely close out of non conformities, corrective action requests and preventive
    action requests.
     To update corrective action requests and preventive action requests log.
     Witness Qualification of Welding Procedures.
     Welder’s Qualification Test.
     Coordinate with NDE contractor, interpretations of NDE tests and furnish reports.
     Welding inspections, piping fabrication and erection activities.
     Post-weld heat treatment and hardness testing.
     Ensure handling, storage and maintenance of equipment and materials (in their care, custody
    and control) in accordance with manufacturer’s suggested procedures and relevant specifications.
     Responsible for, Pipe receiving and inspection of line-pipe as per API 5L spec.
     Monitor procedure qualification and welder qualification.
     Maintain continuity of welders as per project requirement.
     Responsible for the inspection of Pre. In process and Post-welding.
     Visual inspection of welding, generating DWR, RT, PT, MT, UT & Hardness Request.
