Services

Hypermarket:

Vast self-service warehouse-cum-retail outlet that combines the features of a supermarket,

department store, discount store, and specialty store in one location. Also called hyper mart.
Variation of a supermarket that offers a variety of nonfood items, such as appliances, clothing, and
services, in a vast space much larger than a regular supermarket, sometimes in excess of 200,000
square feet; also called superstore. The grocery items are often priced below market to draw traffic
into the store; however, the grocery selection is also more limited than in a regular supermarket. It is
the platform at which one can experience the shopping under single roof.

Restaurants and Food Courts:

A restaurant prepares and serves food, drink and dessert to customers in return for money. Meals
are generally served and eaten on premises, but many restaurants also offer take-out and food
delivery services. Restaurants vary greatly in appearance and offerings, including a wide variety of
the main chef's cuisines and service models.

A food court is a (usually) indoor plaza or common area within a facility that is contiguous with the
counters of multiple food vendors and provides a common area for self-serve dining. Food courts
may be found in shopping malls and airports, and has itself become a standalone development. Food
courts have come to replace or complement traditional cafeterias. Food courts consist of a number
of vendors at food stalls or service counters. Meals are ordered at one of the vendors and then
carried to a common dining area. Food is usually given in use and throws serving dishes to maintain
cleanliness and a hygienic environment.

Entertainment zones:
That which entertains, or with which one is entertained; as: (a) Hospitality; hospitable provision for
the wants of a guest; especially, provision for the table; a hospitable repast; a feast; a formal or
elegant meal. (b) That which engages the attention agreeably, amuses or diverts, whether in private,
as by conversation, etc., or in public, by performances of some kind; amusement.

Online gaming is a technology rather than a genre; a mechanism for connecting players together
rather than a particular pattern of game play." Online games are played over some form of
computer network, now typically on the Internet. One advantage of online games is the ability to
connect to multiplayer games, although single-player online games are quite common as well.

Megaplex

“Megaplex" are essentially cinemas with 7 screens. They provide equality viewing experience and
are generally located around shopping malls to increase footfalls in these malls. Each screen in a
multiplex has small seating capacities in the range of 150-300 seats as compared to single screen
cinemas which have capacities in the range of 800-1,200 seats.

Flea Market

A Flea Market is a type of Market that rents space to people who want to sell or merchandise. high
quality items at low prices are commonplace.

Gym/ Spa:

Athletic facility equipped for sports or physical training is the main idea. With well equipped facilities
one can really can make their body fit and fine and remain healthy for the day and make the most of
the day.

The word "spa" conjures up images of long days filled with mud baths, aroma oil massages
and meditation classes, exquisitely prepared spa cuisine, and fragrant eucalyptus groves.

But spas seem to be everywhere: office buildings, strip malls, village storefronts. Salons with one
tiny massage table tout their spa services. For one thing, there are several different types of
spas. The first kind is a destination spa. At a day spa you just drop in for treatments
like massage, facials and treatments often, day spas are an extension of a hair salon, which is fine as
long as the spa is a separate wing that offers a quiet, serene, environment.
