    Leyte’s Peanut Butter

    Project Description

    Manufacturing Management System, isone of the system that canmobilize their


    transactions of the Leyte's Peanut Butter. Properly managing sales andinventory is
    essential to this growing company. TheSystemcan provides information and efficiently
    manage the flow of their data, effectively utilize time. It would also cut down the time in
    finding the files where it has been stored.
    Problem Definition
    The current system that they are usingis spreadsheet/Excel, and because of that some
    data's are not organized properly. During transaction they open all the folder in order to
    find that specific data. The sales and report is not really organized.They are using both
    ways to keep the record of stock, purchase transaction, inventory, sales monitoring,
    etc.This method is very time consuming and tedious. It has many drawbacks as there
    may be mistakes while recording large data and this may disrupt the important
    transaction.

    Admin:
     Admin can view all the transaction that being done by the user.
     She/he can monitor the sales, and also remaining stock.
     Easily view the share of their stock holders.

    User:
    User is the one who encode the transaction of what the system needed, such as
    the following.
     Monthly Expenses.
     Product Expenses.
     Miscellaneous Expenses.
     Stock in.
     Stock out.
     Buyer Information.
     Stock Holder Information.
    Project Functionalities:
     Easily determined Monthly, Product, Miscellaneous expenses.
     Print Delivery Receipt.
     Automatically generate Report to the following transaction.
    i. Monthly Expenses
    ii. Product Expenses.

    iii. Miscellaneous Expenses.

    iv. Sales Summary.

    v. Share of Stock Holder.

     Maintain all transaction Records.


     Tracking stocks either stock in or stock out.
     Easily track the share of stock holder.
     Easy to use.
