Features and Benefits
■ A complete power range from a common package
■ Reliability and durability leader in its class
■ Low life-cycle cost
B
■ The complete DDEC System: Integrated engine
management and control system. No adjustments or
tune-ups means reduced downtime. Improved fuel
economy. Fewer parts improves reliability.
■ Unaided cold starts to 20º F
■ DDEC-controlled automatic ether starts to –30º F C
■ Over 125,000 20,000-hour engines
■ The overhead cam allows for the use of
36 head bolts on the Series 60, providing
up to 1 million pounds of clamp load on
the head gasket for extremely long life. A
■ Main and rod bearings are big. That’s why the
Series 50/60 engines have no requirement to roll
out bearings–– it’s just not necessary.

What’s so special about reliabilt® engines? All parts 165 to 630 bhp
used in reliabilt® engines are remanufactured to
meet strict tolerances and are performance-tested
before being installed. Machined castings or
assemblies that fail are scrapped and replaced
with new components. Any ongoing product
improvement modifications are also added during
the remanufacturing process.
Series 92
No other rebuilder or remanufacturer has access to
