Dear Potential Delegate:

The District of Columbia Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the 2019 Diplomatic and Trade
Mission to Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, Israel scheduled for June 23 to June 28, 2019.

The DC Chamber is extremely pleased that the Honorable Muriel Bowser, Mayor of the District of Columbia
and other government officials will be a part of this historic delegation.

It is with great pleasure that the DC Chamber invite you to be a part of the delegation to Israel. Your
contribution to the success of the District of Columbia as a desirable city to live, work, invest, develop and
play is the type of valuable representation needed on this historic mission of unlimited possibilities.

The purpose of this mission is to establish new diplomatic and trade relationships, learn about Israel’s
technology and innovation firms, explore investment opportunities, and promote tourism.

Your participation will enhance the development of diplomatic relations with Israel, attract new foreign
direct investment into District real estate and infrastructure, attract cyber security and technology firms to
Washington, DC, promote DC as a destination for Israeli businesses and leisure visitors, establish an arts
and creative exchange between Israel and DC, and to establish new educational partnerships between
Israeli and Washington, DC based universities.

Plans are also being made for the delegation to visit the Cyber Week Conference at Tel Aviv University.

Please note, the Delegation will travel and depart from Washington Dulles International Airport on June
23, 2019 to Tel Aviv Ben Gurion Airport and return to DC on June 28, 2019. The cost for the Mission is
$4,400 per person for coach, $7,500 for economy plus and $10,705 for business class. The mission package
includes the following:

 Roundtrip airfare from Dulles to Tel Aviv


 Accommodations at a 5-star Hotel
 Visa Processing The U.S. State Department does not indicate that U.S. citizens traveling to Israel for
stays of up to 90 days from their date of arrival need a visa, but like all visitors, you must hold a
passport that is valid for at least six months from the date you are departing the country
 Daily Breakfast at Hotel
 Ground Transportation
 Scheduled lunches, receptions and dinners
 Tours to Historic Sites and Excursions
 Meeting Arrangements
 Security
Please RSVP with your commitment on or before Monday, May 6, 2019.

In order to process your air travel and visa, you must complete the following by Monday, May 13, 2019:

 Complete the Air and Visa Application (NA for US Passports) (form attached); and
 Scan and send first two pages (with information and photo detail) of your Passport

We also strongly encourage everyone to get traveler insurance.
