    Dear student,
     

    We inform you that we have validated your pre-registration on the UNIVERSITALY


    portal.
     
    You can now apply for a visa at the competent Embassy or Consulate.
    The procedure may vary according to the provisions issued by the individual Italian
    Embassies and Consulates abroad and it is the candidate's responsibility to inquire
    about specific procedures and deadlines. Visa applications must be submitted to
    the competent diplomatic-consular missions by 30 November 2023; it is highly
    recommended that you apply for your visa as soon as possible, as it may take quite
    a long time for your visa to be issued.
     
    We inform that the enrollment procedure will not be completed until you provide a
    Declaration of Value or a CIMEA certificate.

    Please be informed:

    1. the validation of your application on the Universitaly portal does not confer any
    right to obtain a visa, as visa release is the exclusive competence of the individual
    Embassy or Consulate;

    2. obtaining a visa for study purposes issued by the competent Embassy or


    Consulate does not confer any right to complete enrollment in a course of study, as
    enrolment is the exclusive competence of the individual University;

    3. the validation of your application on the Universitaly portal does not confer any
    right to complete enrollment, even in case of:

    a. obtaining a relevant visa;

    b. physical presence on the national territory;

    c. eligibility and/or effective disbursement of scholarships/contributions of any kind;

    d. conditional acceptance of the candidate so that he/she can start attending


    lessons.
     
    Please get as soon as possible a Declaration of Value (DOV) or a CIMEA
    certification which will be necessary for the final enrollment procedure
    (matriculation procedure)
